About CHIKOH
With the project CHIKOH, the University of Hohenheim is pursuing the objective of developing greater capacity for action in scientific and economic cooperation with China. This will provide a basis for more intensive and fruitful relationships between the university and the regional economy with partners in China in the future. CHIKOH aims to add value by promoting increased knowledge and skills, creating a range of options for networking and exchange among people and organizations. CHIKOH combines various steps including measures to convey knowledge to students, early career researchers, and experienced scientists; networking and structural development measures with partner institutions in China; knowledge transfer and networking with regional businesses. CHIKOH will be funded for period of three years (1 October 2017 until 30 September 2020) by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
